3D marking and engraving
LASERIX-3D
One machine to engrave everything.
Dual source as standard: MOPA fiber 60 W and UV 5 W. 3-axis head, work volume 600 × 600 × 200 mm. Designed and manufactured in France.
- 2 sourcesMOPA 60 W + UV 5 W
- 600 × 600 × 200 mmWork volume, parts up to 100 kg
- Electric doorOpening or closing < 2 seconds
SAFE
Door closed, class 1.
Enclosed cabinet, electrically interlocked safety door. Opening or closing in under 2 seconds. Front control panel, indicator lights and emergency stop within reach.
DUAL SOURCE
MOPA 60 W and UV 5 W.
Both sources are integrated as standard. Switch operating modes without changing machines: deep engraving on metals on one side, cold marking on the other.
3 AXES
The head moves to the part.
Marking head mounted on X, Y and Z. Live autofocus: place the part and the head positions to focal distance. Smart-Vision camera for viewing, realigning and reading.
WORKSHOP
One machine, two sources, one usable volume.
Work volume 600 × 600 × 200 mm. Footprint 1 230 × 1 405 mm. Parts up to 100 kg.
The head travels on three linear axes. It reaches zones of an irregular part without needing to reposition everything. Also available in single-source version.
1 MACHINE, 2 SOURCES
MOPA for engraving.
UV to preserve.
FIBER MOPA 1 064 NM
MOPA source 60 W
Ytterbium-doped fiber. Pulse duration is adjustable, down to 1 ns. Deep engraving, thermal and photochemical contrasts, short cycle times.
- Metals and some plastics
- Short pulses down to 1 ns
- 60 W for depth and throughput
UV 355 NM
UV source 5 W
Cold marking with almost no heating. Finer spot than infrared (beam diameter < 5 µm). The coating remains, and so does the contrast.
- Glass, plastics, metals, wood, paper, cardboard, leather
- Marking for sensitive materials
- Spot fineness < 5 µm
SMART-VISION
See, realign, verify the code.
A Smart-Vision camera is integrated into the head. Live view of the marking, preview of the pattern on the part, Live autofocus.
1D or 2D code verification immediately after marking. Optional automatic realignment, even if the part isn’t always in the same position.
SMART-3D
The focal plane follows the part, without mechanical stages.
Smart-3D lens option. A 10 mm focal shift is completed in under 1 ms. Import a 3D file: the laser follows the profile.
- Focal distance range up to ± 80 mm
- Scan speed up to 15 m/s
- Unit calibration, 121 points, at the factory
FIXTURING
Custom table, chuck and tailstock.
The main table is manufactured to the specification: chuck area, perforated table, recessed basket fittings, tapped holes as required.
Motorized rotary chuck, controlled by the laser system. Tailstock for long parts. Laser measurement of tailstock position to 70 µm, useful for repeatable graduations.
CONTROL
Buttons for the shop floor, SAMLight for the job.
Front panel for quick actions. LCD for masks, alarms and camera view. Operator interface limited to production functions.
SAMLight (SCAPS) software in French: vectors, DataMatrix, QR, serialization, ERP / MES / CSV connectivity. Smart-3D lens management. Remote maintenance and self-diagnostics.
INTEGRATED FILTRATION
The Donaldson-BOFA extractor
AD Oracle iQ
AD Oracle iQ. Integrated air treatment, controlled by LASERIX-3D.
Compact unit, quiet operation. Triple filtration: prefilter, HEPA H14, activated carbon. The extractor is fully controlled by the machine.

PROJECT
Schedule an appointment to see the machine.
A single NWS Laser contact handles the material, the usable source and the fixturing: table, chuck or Smart-3D.
APPLICATIONS
What LASERIX-3D
already marks in the workshop.

Repeatable graduations
Chuck, tailstock and laser measurement to 70 µm: scales remain aligned from one part to the next.

Rotational parts
Marking around the axis without re-clamping. Useful in general machining, tooling, aerospace.
MOPA fiber
Identification plates, general machining, aerospace, medical.
UV 355 nm
Luxury, surgical tools, precision mechanics, glassware, watchmaking.
