An NWS Laser special machine combines the source, axes, safety and vision around a defined cycle. Fibre, MOPA, UV or CO₂ RF depending on the material. Chuck, gantry, cobot or enclosed cell depending on the part.

Submitting a specifications document or a part initiates the study. A file can be attached to the form.
Vision
Control the process cycle, not just mark
High-resolution cameras, 1D/2D verification, dimensional inspection and anomaly detection. The machine can decide to back off, perform a second pass or reject, according to rules defined with you.

Donaldson-BOFA. Sized with the cell, not afterwards.
On a bespoke machine, the extractor, ducting and laser class are designed together with the enclosure. NWS Laser integrates Donaldson-BOFA from the architecture stage, including for constrained rooms.
